Iris Apfel

Architectual Digest has a fascinating profile on Iris Apfel in their June issue. A true creative and eccentric, Iris is definitely a wonderfully unique lady. She is also part of an exclusive club who can say they’ve had their wardrobes displayed at the MET Costume Institute. My favorite has to be her amazing Christian Dior haute couture silk jacquard coat, but the pink Lanvin jacket and House of Lanvin evening gown are close behind.

I mean, how cool is she? Oh man…please let me be similar when I’m her age.
